To cherish the recollections of our homes and the birthplace of ourselves and our forefathers, to promote good fellowship among Italians and their descendants in this their adopted City and Country, and to promote an appreciation of Italian arts, culture, and science.


Awards and Presentations

Members Emeritus
An Emeritus membership, as defined in the Society by-laws, is a category that exists to celebrate local Italian Americans who have performed outstanding service to the community. Such individuals shall be granted this status by a majority vote at the annual luncheon meeting in October. Emeritus members are not required to pay annual dues but are required to pay for the cost of any event they may attend.

Distinguished Service Award
The Distinguished Service Award is conferred upon an individual of the Society in recognition of exceptional and longstanding service to the membership.

Lifetime Achievement Award
